A. Duration
The Enrich Member Exclusive Discount & Cashback for Temptations Online Redemption (“Promotion”) is organised by Malaysia Airlines Berhad (“MAB”) and will run from 13 November 2019 until 30 November 2019 (23:59 Malaysia time) (“Promotion Period”).

B. Eligibility and Participation

  1. Any person who has fulfilled the criteria below is eligible to participate in this Promotion (“Participant”):
    1. Be an Enrich member.
      Non-member can register for membership via Malaysia Airlines website at https://www.enrich.malaysiaairlines.com/EnrichWebsite/signup.
    2. To perform Temptations Online Redemption, an Enrich member must have a minimum balance of 2,000 Enrich Points in his/her Enrich account.

C. Enrich Exclusive Discount
  1. Enrich members with minimum balance of 2,000 Enrich Points are entitled to receive the 15% discount for Temptations Online Redemption within the Promotion Period.
  2. Enrich members are required to login into their Enrich account using their registered email address @ www.temptations.malaysiaairlines.com to perform the Temptations Online Redemption.
  3. This Promotion is applicable for members to purchase duty-free items using Enrich Points for Home Delivery and In-flight Collection categories.
  4. Discount will be applied automatically upon payment submission page which member will redeem with his/her Enrich Points.
  5. The minimum Enrich Points required to redeem Temptations product online is 2,000 Enrich Points.
  6. Redemption for Temptations Online is available in full Enrich Points or combination of Points & Credit Card. Shipping fee and taxes are not included and will be charged separately.
  7. The Enrich RM50 Voucher is not applicable for purchases on the Temptations website.
  8. Enrich members will not earn Enrich Points for the balance paid by credit/debit card regardless of the value of the Enrich Points redeemed.
  9. This Promotion cannot be applied in conjunction with any existing Temptations promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated.
  10. This Promotion is not applicable for:
    1. purchases made on-board Malaysia Airlines flights or via the Order Form,
    2. in conjunction with any existing Temptations promotions, offers and privileges, unless otherwise stated,
    3. Malaysia Airlines Merchandises, Samsung, Huawei, Earth Heir, Noritake, Dorothy Scents Candles, MedKlinn, Tobacco Category, Wine and Spirit.
  11. Payment by credit/debit card (Visa/Mastercard) will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
  12. Once redeemed, Enrich Points are non-refundable or reversible.
  13. Redemption for Temptations Online is subject to availability.
  14. MAB will not be liable for non-availability of preferred items. This promotion will be valid only upon purchase of available items.
  15. MAB reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.

D. Cashback Voucher
  1. A total of 1,111 Enrich members that have successfully redeemed Enrich Points at Temptations website within the Promotion Period are eligible to get a cashback voucher (“Temptations e-voucher”) worth MYR10 (Ten Ringgit only), based on first come first serve basis.
  2. An e-invoice of payment confirmation will be sent to the registered email after payment is successful.
  3. This Promotion is running concurrently with Enrich Exclusive Discount.
  4. This Promotion will cease once all 1,111 Temptations e-voucher have been fully distributed or at the expiration of the Promotion Period, whichever is earlier.
  5. Enrich member can perform multiple transactions during the Promotion Period and eligible to receive the cashback voucher for every successful transaction that is within the total 1,111 members as specified.
  6. The usage of Temptations cashback e-voucher is valid from 1 December 2019 until 31 December 2019 only.
  7. Temptations e-voucher can only be used for the next online purchase within the voucher validity period. Each transaction can accept one e-voucher at one time only.
  8. Temptations e-voucher is not exchangeable for cash. MAB reserves the right to substitute the e-voucher with that of similar value at any time at its absolute discretion.
  9. Temptations e-voucher code is required to be inserted at the promo code column upon check out at the payment page.
  10. Each Temptations e-voucher code can be redeemed once only at the Temptations website. No minimum spend is required.
E. Shipping of Product
  1. Home Delivery
    • Enrich Points cannot be redeemed to offset any delivery charges, prevailing taxes, customs/import duties and postal clearance, which are applicable for home delivery, and these vary between countries.
    • Standard shipping charges apply at shipping charges.
  2. In-flight Collection/ Pre-order
    1. In-flight Collection/ Pre-order service is available for Malaysia Airlines’ passengers on Malaysia Airlines operated flights departing and arriving into Kuala Lumpur with flight time of 3 (three) hours and above.
      No delivery fee or any other charges required.
    2. In-flight Collection/ Pre-order must be made at least 72 hours prior to flight departure date and up to 90 days in advance.
    3. Any changes to the flight must be made at least 72 hours prior to the revised flight departure date and not more than 90 days after the order creation date.

    5. Upon receiving the order on board, member need to acknowledge receipt by signing the packing list which will be provided by cabin crew. Travel document (e.g. passport) validation against the credit card holder is required.

F. General Terms For Promotion
  1. All transportation, accommodation, personal costs and/or any other costs and/or related expenses that are incurred to participate in this Promotion is the sole responsibility of the Participants.
  2. MAB reserves the right to use, reproduce, edit and distribute materials submitted for this Promotion for publication and/or display in any media format and any media channels without obtaining further prior permission and payment of any fees or royalty to the Participant.
  3. MAB reserves the right to use the Participant’s name, images, comments, materials relating to this Promotion for the purpose of any announcement or promotional or marketing purposes in any media format and any media channels without any fee being paid. The Participant shall hold MAB free and harmless from any claims and/or liabilities whatsoever resulting from the usage or the reproduction of the submitted materials by MAB. This clause shall survive the expiration of this Promotion Period.
  4. MAB, at its sole and absolute discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and revoke or forfeit any discount at any stage of the Promotion, any redemption booking made whether on Malaysia Airlines, oneworld or partner airlines whether ticketed or otherwise, all points, taxes and surcharges without prior notice if:
    1. The participant is not an eligible Participant;
    2. The Participant fails to fully comply with the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein;
    3. Entries are incomplete;
    4. The Participant breaches any of the Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Promotion or violates any applicable laws or regulations;
    5. MAB has, at its sole discretion, any reason whatsoever to believe that such Participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Promotion in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to fraud, cheating or deception.
    6. The airline has reason(s) to believe that member(s) create and/or hold multiple membership accounts under different names but ultimately linked to the same member, whether or not such multiple accounts are for the purposes of or has any activity relating to this Promotion (“Multiple Accounts”).
  5. The airline reserves the right to recover any damages, losses, costs and expenses from member(s) whom the airline has reasons to believe are directly or indirectly involved in suspicious activities including but not limited to fraudulent activity for which such activity involves transaction(s) using this Promotion.
  6. MAB’s decision on matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and absolute. No discussion, correspondence, enquiry, appeal or challenge by any of the Participants in respect of any decision of MAB shall be entertained.
  7. MAB, its affiliates, subsidiaries, agents, employees, representatives, retailers, distributors, dealers as well as its advertising, creative, media, digital, design and other creative agencies of MAB, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to loss of opportunities and any indirect or consequential losses) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or arising from participation in this Promotion.
  8. The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion shall be construed, governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
  9. All rights and privileges herein granted to MAB are irrevocable and not subjected to rescission, restraint or injunction under any and all circumstances. Under no circumstances shall the Participant have the right to injunctive relief or to restrain or otherwise interfere with the organisation of the Promotion, the production, distribution, exhibition and/or exploitation of the Promotion and/or any product based on and/or derived from the Promotion.
  10. MAB reserves the right at its absolute discretion to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
  11. These Terms and Conditions will prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representations contained in any other promotional materials advertising the Promotion.
  12. The main language of the Terms and Conditions shall be the English language. Any translation to any other language than English shall be for convenience only. Should there be any discrepancies between the English Terms & Conditions and the translated version, the English Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
  13. By virtue of an entry to the Promotion, the Participants signify their absolute and unconditional acceptance and agreement to all the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein.
  14. MAB reserves the right to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion without any prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination or suspension by MAB of the Promotion shall not entitle the Participants to any claim or compensation against MAB, its agents and employees for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by the Participants as a direct or an indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension thereof.
