Terms & Conditions

  1. Enrich member may redeem Enrich Points for Temptations product online at temptations.malaysiaairlines.com
  2. The minimum Enrich Points required to redeem Temptations product online is 2,000 Enrich Points.
  3. Redemption for Temptations Online is available in full Enrich Points or Points & Credit Card. Shipping fee and taxes are not included and will be charged separately.
  4. Redemption for Temptations Online items is subject to availability. If preferred item (s) is not available, members will need to redeem any other available items. No points will be refunded if preferred item is not available.
  5. Enrich Points cannot be used to offset any delivery charges, prevailing taxes, customs/import duties and postal clearance, which are applicable for home delivery, and these vary between countries. Any prevailing taxes, customs/import duties and postal clearance, if applicable, will be borne by members and paid directly to the respective custom and/or courier upon arrival of items in the country.
  6. All deliveries will be deemed received and accepted by member or on member’s behalf upon there being an acknowledgement of receipt by any person/persons receiving at the address as provided by members upon delivery and acknowledgement of receipt of the said item (s).
  7. In the event of incomplete delivery due to change of delivery address or Member not being contactable or delivery accepted by other person (s) at the address provided on behalf of member (s), member must contact :

  8. Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to make changes to the terms and conditions from time to time without notifying the customers.
  9. Delivery fee will be waived for all in-flight collection order. Standard shipping charges apply for home delivery service which is stated at shipping charges.
  10. Enrich Points redeemed are non-refundable. Unless there are defect/damage/expired item (s) or lost in transit which is subject to Temptations Return Policy, member will be offered with product replacement of the same value or lower.
