GENERAL
  • Malaysia Airlines reserves the right to amend and/or update these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and information of any product on the Temptations platform at any time without prior notice.
  • By accessing or using the Temptations platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the Terms.
  • MH Signature Satay is available from 22 March to 22 June 2021, while stocks last.
  • MH Signature Satay is excluded from all ongoing discounts.
  • MH Signature Satay pictures used are for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual products delivered.
  • You are required to provide us with your true, accurate, current, and complete information in all respects. Should any of your information change, please update such changes online or notify us through email.

ALLERGY CONCERNS
  • We encourage customers with peanut/nut-related allergy concerns to avoid purchasing the MH Signature Satay as we are unable to guarantee a peanut/nut-free environment during the entire food preparation process. If you intend to still proceed with purchasing and consuming the MH Signature Satay, Malaysia Airlines shall not be liable for any and/or all damages resulting from such purchase and consumption.
ORDERS
  • MH Signature Satay is valid only for online purchases made on Temptations and is not valid for purchases made via any other means or platforms.
  • Applicable for selected locations in Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya, and the delivery charge will be calculated upon checkout.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once made. Strictly no refunds will be entertained.
  • Changes to menu selection are not allowed once your order is confirmed.
  • All MH Signature Satay orders are subject to Malaysia Airlines’ confirmation of the product’s order and availability.
  • Items in your online shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until payment is made and confirmed.
  • Malaysia Airlines shall endeavour to provide you with MH Signature Satay that is fit for consumption. However, Malaysia Airlines shall not be liable for any and/or all damages due to delay from the delivery partner or other event outside of Malaysia Airlines’ control.
DELIVERY
  • Kindly take note that MH Signature Satay is only available on pre-order terms and will be delivered within five (5) business days from the time your order is confirmed. Estimated delivery times provided are to be used as a guide only.
  • MH Signature Satay will be delivered between Mondays to Thursday, 09.00 am and 06:00 pm, excluding public holidays.
  • Kindly take note that Malaysia Airlines will process and send out all orders upon confirmation of payment.
STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION
  • The product will be delivered semi-frozen in sealed packaging.
  • Please store the purchased MH Signature Satay in the freezer upon receipt of delivery if you do not intend to re-heat and consume immediately. Please see the re-heating guide on the packaging label.
  • Once kept in a freezer, MH Signature Satay will be good for consumption up until 03 months after delivery.

  • Get a complimentary box of our Signature Salted Peanuts when you purchase 3 sets or more of the 1 Dozen Signature Satay.

  1. Is the MH Signature Satay a promotional item? 
    Yes, the MH Signature Satay will be available for a limited time only, from 22 March to 22 June 2021.
  2. What is included in the 06 MH Signature Satay order? 
    The MH Signature Satay pack comprises 06 sticks of Satay and Peanut Sauce.
  3. What is included in the 1 Dozen MH Signature Satay order?
    The MH Signature Satay pack comprises 12 sticks of Satay and Peanut Sauce.
  4. Can I mix Chicken Satay and Beef Satay in one MH Signature Satay box? 
    No, each set comes in a pack of 06 Chicken Satay OR 06 Beef Satay. To have a mix of both Chicken and Beef Satay, you would have to purchase 1 set of chicken satay and 1 set of beef satay.
  5. Does the MH Signature Satay contain peanuts? 
    Satay Peanut Sauce is included in every order. We are unable to provide peanut-free satay sauce. 
  6. How can I order the MH Signature Satay?

  7. Can I choose the time for MH Signature Satay to be delivered? 
    No, the MH Signature Satay will be delivered at any time between Mondays to Thursdays, 09:00am and 06:00pm, excluding public holidays. As a guide, delivery will be done approximately within five (5) business days from the date of payment order confirmation.
  8. How much is the delivery charges for MH Signature Satay?

  9. Is there a minimum or maximum order for MH Signature Satay? 
    The minimum order for MH Signature Satay is 01 (one) pack of 6 sticks/ 01 (one) set of 1 Dozen. There is no maximum order, however, it is subject to availability of stock.
  10. In what conditions will the MH Signature Satay be sent in? 
    The MH Signature Satay will be sent in the frozen or semi-frozen form. 
  11. Can I combine the MH Signature Satay order with other items from Temptations?
    Yes.
  12. How do I heat the MH Signature Satay? 
    Please refer to the heating instructions for MH Signature Satay on the label of the satay and peanut sauce. 
  13. How do I qualify for the complimentary box of Signature Salted Peanuts Promotion?
    A complimentary box of peanuts will be included when you purchase 3 sets or more of the 1 Dozen Signature Satay. However, this promotion is valid while stocks last.
  14. How many gift boxes are we entitled to for each purchase?
    Only one gift per order, per person, per address for the duration of the offer / promotion.
