2. Print and fill in the required information
3. Enclose the physical voucher(s) and mail to:

4. Upon receipt of your Order Form, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
5. Delivery of the items purchased will be within 7 (seven) working days after the order is confirmed; for local delivery. For delivery out-of-Malaysia, it will take up to 21 working days.
6. Delivery charges do not include customs/import duties and postal clearance. Any additional cost, if applicable, will be borne by the customer and paid directly to the respective custom and/or courier upon arrival of items in the country, and cannot be paid using any form of vouchers (including e-vouchers) or points.

• Any paper vouchers, such as Enrich Vouchers, and Inflight Gift Vouchers, are not accepted for purchases via temptations.malaysiaairlines.com. Purchases needs to be made through order form above.
• Any prevailing discount applicable for online purchases and inflight purchases does not apply to purchases made via the Temptations Order Form, unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery charges and GST has to be paid separately by cash and will not be applicable for redemption using Enrich Vouchers.

1. Login to Enrich Online to check the number of Enrich Points you have accumulated.
2. Choose Redeem – Enrich RM50 Vouchers.
3. State number of Enrich RM50 vouchers required and complete the up online form.
4. Pay courier charges using Enrich Points.
5. Submit and Vouchers will be couriered to the address indicated.
